Scope of Services: Prashant Praveen provides consultancy services for Product and Marketing Experience Design, and Business Workflow Automation. Our services are offered on a project basis or through subscription-based monthly retainer-ship.
Payment: Pricing is mutually agreed upon based on requirement evaluation. Payment for services is to be made according to the terms specified in the agreement between Prashant Praveen and the client.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or provided as part of our services remains the property of Prashant Praveen unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Prashant Praveen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Cancellation/Refund
Entitlement to Refund: Customers are entitled to claim a refund if the service they’ve paid for is not provided.
Timelines for Refund: Customers must raise a refund claim within 45 days of the payment date to be eligible for a refund. The company aims to process refunds within 10 working days from the date of the approved refund claim.
Requirement to Raise Refund Claim: Customers must raise a refund claim within the stipulated 45-day period to be eligible for a refund.
Ineligibility for Refund: Failure to raise a refund claim within the specified 45-day time period renders the customer ineligible for a refund.
